LYNN MAYNARD, Office Manager:

Lynn has worked with us just more than part time for several years. She keeps tract of our accounting, correspondence and records. Lynn answers our phones most days with her enthusiastic "voice of New England Security". She will set an appointment for you for service or an evaluation for security. She has great customer service business experience, running a gift shop and now owns "OCASSIONS", a service company that will help her customers decorate for the occasions of life. She is talented and creative. Lynn lives with her teenage son, Erich, in Pittsfield. She has a daughter, Victoria, at college in Boston.

John started working with us 22 years. He is the brain of our technical department. He knows just about everything from “ancient” panels to the latest in programming and operation of the newest and most sophisticated systems (we keep trying to stump him but he is too smart).

John and his wife, Kristine, live in Dalton. He has a daughter, Jordon in high school. He and Kristine have twins, Daniel and Michelle, who just started school.

John also does sound reinforcement for many area variety shows as well as the 4th of July parade. He volunteers to provide sound for many organizations including Girls Inc, United Cerebral Palsy, and church programs. He serves on the Board of Directors for Relay for Life and the Trustees Board at his church.
We couldn’t do it without John.

Josh grew up in Maine, moving to the Berkshires as a teenager. He has worked with us for 6 years.

Josh has a background in computers, cellular technology and customer service. He is able to design burglar, fire, access control and CCTV systems for small single homes or apartments, small businesses & single offices to large facilities: large commercial buildings, schools, churches & temples, large apartment buildings, and multi building complex security. He is able to install and program all of the latest systems.

He is a single eligible bachelor who owns a home in Pittsfield, drives a Jeep and has a "license to carry". He is a movie buff and a "star wars affiasato". He volunteers with the technical team at Hope
Church.

Mary has worked with us for many years beginning in 1987. She moved away and worked with large security companies in Georgia installing large fire systems in schools and large commercial buildings. She started her own security company in Georgia and was licensed in Georgia for many years. She installed security systems in homes and small businesses as well as Closed Circuit Camera systems in government facilities including schools and correction facilities.

Mary has worked with us as well as "commuting" to Georgia to maintain her company there. She is working toward ownership of New England Security with Josh.

Mary is single "again" and lives part time in Dalton, MA and Blakley, GA . where she has three "grands".

JOHN PHAIR, Electrician, Installer

JACK is our newest installer. He has been working with us for the last couple of years. He helps our staff install and has the extra bonus of his electrician background. He lives in Pittsfield with his wife Donna. They have two grown children.
